About the Role
Join a world-class financial institution as an Administrative Assistant within our Investment Banking and Capital Markets (IBCM) division. You will operate in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, providing critical support to senior leadership and ensuring seamless operational excellence.
Main Missions
- Coordinate complex, high-priority calendars for senior executives to optimize their daily productivity.
- Organize and facilitate international meetings, ensuring all logistical requirements are met across different time zones.
- Manage comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and visa processing via Concur.
- Handle expense reporting and processing in strict accordance with corporate banking policies.
- Manage professional communications, including telephone inquiries and electronic correspondence.
- Oversee administrative financial tasks such as processing invoices and purchase orders.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably within a corporate or financial environment.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize urgent tasks under pressure.
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational precision.
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur.
- Complex calendar and travel management.
- Financial administration (invoices, expenses, POs).
- Multitasking and priority management.
- Professional business communication.
