About the Role
Join the dynamic CSG team at DAC Beachcroft in Belfast as an Administrative Assistant. This is a pivotal role designed for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, ensuring seamless office operations and high-level support to our legal and accounting departments.
Main Missions
- Office Operations: Manage daily administrative functions, including mail handling, supply management, and facility maintenance.
- Legal Support: Assist in the preparation of legal files and maintain the accuracy of the court hearing calendar.
- Financial & Data Support: Perform basic accounting entries and support the finance team with administrative tasks.
- Reception & Coordination: Act as a key point of contact at reception, manage meeting room bookings, and assist in organizing internal corporate events.
- Compliance & Safety: Support health and safety protocols and manage efficient archiving systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
Profile Required
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize urgent requests.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding legal documentation and scheduling.
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills for reception and client interaction.
