AI Services Consultant II – French Speaker

About the role
Zendesk is building an AI Delivery team to help customers adopt its AI‑powered Resolution Platform. As an AI Services Consultant II you will act as the technical and product expert, guiding French‑speaking customers in London or Lisbon through configuration, integration and optimisation of AI solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on implementation and optimisation of Zendesk AI products.
- Facilitate change‑management and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption.
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, defining scope, timelines and stakeholder alignment.
- Remove technical blockers quickly to accelerate time‑to‑value.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and engineering teams to align on the AI roadmap.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong consulting background with experience delivering complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving adoption and operational excellence.
