Airport Manager - Scotland

About the role

British Airways is seeking an experienced Airport Manager to lead and inspire operations across four Scottish airports. Reporting to the Regional Airports Manager for the UK & Ireland, you will ensure safety, operational excellence, and strong partnerships with multiple suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational performance and delivery of all airport suppliers.
• Support the Deputy Airport Manager in achieving targets and managing expenditure.
• Oversee safety activities, including LPM, audits, emergency response procedures and business continuity plans.
• Act as Local Emergency Coordinator and represent BA interests at airport authority meetings.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security, safety instructions and local standards.
• Deputise for senior colleagues, maintaining links with head‑office departments and service partners.
• Maintain service quality in line with contractual agreements and drive customer satisfaction.
