About the role

Join a fast‑growing provider of banking solutions to the alternative investment industry. You will be part of a dynamic sales floor, engaging directly with C‑level executives of medium‑large businesses to introduce innovative risk‑management and financing products.

Key responsibilities

  • Research and qualify potential clients to build a robust lead database.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls and consult with decision‑makers across diverse sectors.
  • Learn clients' businesses, uncover challenges, and present tailored banking solutions.
  • Collaborate with analysts and strategists to develop and deliver risk‑management proposals.
  • Maintain and grow relationships within an existing client portfolio.
  • Progress to independently managing a portfolio on the world’s largest traded market.

Required profile

  • Self‑starter with strong ambition and resilience.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking with senior executives.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex financial products and client needs.
  • Motivation to achieve high performance targets.

Required skills

    What we offer

    • Average OTE: £80k in Year 1, £150k in Year 2, £220k in Year 3.
