About the role
We are looking for an Apprentice Vehicle Technician to join our busy BMW workshop at Sytner Warwick. Over a three‑year apprenticeship you will learn to maintain and repair BMW vehicles to the brand’s high standards, working with the latest cars, engines and diagnostic tools.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance, service and repair of BMW motor vehicles.
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults and support corrective actions.
- Work alongside experienced technicians in a fast‑paced workshop environment.
- Complete classroom and off‑the‑job training at the BMW Academy.
- Follow health and safety procedures and adhere to BMW quality standards.
Required profile
- Strong interest in automotive vehicles and the industry.
- Positive attitude, good work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade A*‑C/9‑4 in English, Maths and one other subject.
