Quality Manager

About the role

Forefront RF is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of its Quality Management System as the company moves from development to commercial production. The role will ensure product quality across the full lifecycle and work closely with engineering, operations and external manufacturing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the Quality Management System (QMS) development, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance and alignment with semiconductor best practices.
• Establish scalable quality and reliability processes for new product introduction, qualification, manufacturing ramp‑up and production scale‑up.
• Lead product qualification, reliability testing, failure analysis and root‑cause investigations, driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage quality relationships with foundries, OSATs and test providers, supporting supplier qualification, audits, yield improvement and excursion management.
• Monitor product, supplier and reliability performance data, define KPIs and drive continuous improvement across engineering and operations.
• Support customer qualification and quality requirements, including issue investigation and resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading QMS initiatives in a semiconductor or high‑tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven continuous improvement.
