Asset Controller

About the role

Flogas is seeking an Asset Controller to manage and safeguard its LPG cylinders, tanks and related assets across the UK. You will work closely with sales, site managers and external agencies to ensure assets are tracked, retrieved and disposed of correctly, supporting the company’s transition to renewable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor cylinder turnover, allocations and volume growth by customer and sector.
• Collaborate with sales teams and large distributors for annual asset reviews.
• Conduct regular site visits with Site Managers to verify asset handling.
• Support Operations in timely retrieval of cylinders from waste streams and ex‑customers.
• Liaise with waste‑management representatives, UKLPG, police, legal, fire brigade, port authorities and other agencies on unauthorised handling, filling, disposal or export of cylinders.
• Gather and collate evidence for investigations related to asset misuse.
