Join a fast-growing leader in the telematics industry! We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Agent to drive our expansion and deliver cutting-edge connectivity solutions to our clients.
Missions principales
- Proactively prospect existing Radius clients to maximize account value.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through strategic outbound sales.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations (online) to showcase telematics features and benefits.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial cold calling to closing deals.
- Maintain rigorous data integrity within the CRM to track sales pipelines.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly prospecting and sales targets.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in B2B outbound sales or proactive prospecting.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Competences requises
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expertise in remote product demonstrations and online presentation tools.
- Strong consultative selling techniques.
