Bank Housekeeper

About the role

Join Cygnet as a Bank Housekeeper and help maintain a clean, safe environment for staff and visitors across our UK sites. You will play a vital part in ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation while supporting the wellbeing of everyone on the premises.

Key responsibilities

• Provide cleaning and general housekeeping services throughout the site.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and order in all areas.
• Carry out daily and weekly cleaning regimes according to schedule.
• Replenish stock, and ensure cleaning equipment is clean and well‑maintained.
• Employ safe working practices and adhere to health and safety procedures.
• Comply with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations.

Required profile

• Friendly, conscientious and positive attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in housekeeping or domestic work is desirable.
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations is desirable.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Required skills

• Knowledge of COSHH regulations (desirable).
