About the role
The Domestic Assistant (Band 2) provides essential domestic support within NHS Scotland facilities on a part‑time, evening basis. The role contributes to a clean, safe environment for patients, staff and visitors while supporting the organisation's commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
Key responsibilities
- Work scheduled evening shifts: Monday‑Thursday 16:15‑19:30 and Friday 16:30‑19:17.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned areas.
- Support the NHS Scotland ethos of respect, diversity and best practice.
Required profile
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Availability for the specified evening shift pattern.
- Willingness to support disabled candidates and those with long‑term conditions through reasonable adjustments.
