About the role

Join Metro Pubs as a Bar & Waiting Staff member and help create memorable experiences for guests. You will be the face of the pub, serving drinks, recommending selections, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Serve drinks and food to customers promptly and courteously.
• Provide recommendations and answer queries about the menu and beverage options.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and legally compliant bar environment.
• Assist with greeting guests, taking orders, and handling payments.
• Ensure all drinks are prepared to specification and presented attractively.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and develop hospitality skills.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing and serving drinks.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Team‑player mindset with a positive, can‑do approach.
