About the role
Join the iconic Jumeirah Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge as a Guest Services Executive, delivering memorable, high‑touch experiences to discerning travellers. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, informed and valued throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Warmly welcome, orient and assist guests with efficient, professional service.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the Spa, Health Club, Front Office operations and Experience Team offerings.
- Respond confidently to guest queries about facilities, products and services.
- Guide guests on available amenities, actively promote and upsell relevant products to drive revenue.
- Uphold a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions, contributing to the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service.
Required profile
- Excellent listening skills and strong customer orientation.
