About the role

Join The Cosmetics Company Store at Bicester Village as a Beauty Advisor for a dedicated Saturday shift. You will be the face of luxury beauty brands, delivering personalised service to shoppers in a premium outlet environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service to drive sales of Estée Lauder, Clinique, MAC, Jo Malone, Tom Ford and other luxury brands.
• Support daily store operations, including stock deliveries, floor moves and maintaining visual standards.
• Assist customers in product selection, offering advice on skincare, makeup, fragrance and hair‑care.
• Promote and upsell through the commission scheme while ensuring a high level of product knowledge.

Required profile

• Passion for beauty and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Flexible availability for a 7.5‑hour Saturday shift.
• Previous retail or customer‑service experience is beneficial.
• Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
