About the role

The House of Creed is seeking enthusiastic Luxury Brand Ambassadors to join its new boutique in Bicester Village. This role is available on both full‑time and part‑time bases and requires fluency in Mandarin and English to serve a diverse, high‑net‑worth clientele. You will be the face of the brand, sharing the story and heritage of Creed’s artisan fragrances while delivering an exceptional luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep product knowledge of Creed’s fragrance portfolio, ingredients, and heritage.
• Engage customers with compelling storytelling to drive sales and meet or exceed targets.
• Provide personalized, high‑quality customer service that creates memorable experiences.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.
• Collaborate with the boutique team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Passion for fragrance or beauty products is a plus.
