We are seeking an experienced Billing Team Leader to head our high‑performing professional and technical construction recruitment team in Birmingham. You will combine people development with strong desk management, driving both team performance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a specialist team delivering professional and technical construction recruitment services.
• Maintain and grow a busy, loyal client base across the Midlands.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, quality and high standards.
• Shape team strategy, set targets and monitor billing performance.
• Provide hands‑on commercial guidance to expand the division.

Required profile

• Proven billing track record within construction, civil engineering, M&E or the broader built environment.
• Experience mentoring or leading consultants in a recruitment setting.
• Commercially minded with a hands‑on approach to division growth.
• Senior‑level experience as a consultant or team leader.
