Project Manager – Large‑Scale Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager to lead high‑profile, large‑scale fit‑out and refurbishment projects across retail, commercial office, luxury hotel and high‑end restaurant sectors. You will support and deliver complex developments from inception through to completion, working with leading brands, operators, investors and developers on landmark schemes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale fit‑out and refurbishment projects.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction delivery and programme schedules.
• Oversee cost, budget and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong client, stakeholder and contractor relationships.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with the RIBA Plan of Work.

Required profile

• Degree qualified, preferably in a construction‑related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale fit‑out or refurbishment projects.
• Sector exposure to retail, commercial office, hospitality, hotels or restaurants.
• Consultancy experience is a plus.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Commercially minded with strong problem‑solving skills.
