About the role
Our client, a leading hospitality design and commercial fit‑out specialist, is seeking a BIM Manager to own BIM delivery across live projects and shape the long‑term digital strategy. You will drive standards, support ISO 19650 accreditation and position the business as the UK’s BIM‑enabled leader in this sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead BIM delivery on hospitality, catering and commercial fit‑out projects.
- Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and coordinate models, clash detection and model quality.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650, client standards and Employer’s Information Requirements (EIRs).
- Manage BIM models and project data through Common Data Environments (CDEs).
- Act as the primary BIM contact for clients, consultants, project teams and suppliers.
- Create and maintain company BIM standards, workflows, templates and best practices.
- Guide the organisation towards ISO 19650 accreditation.
- Build, mentor and grow a BIM team as the business expands.
- Provide BIM training and support to internal design teams.
- Oversee BIM software, systems and digital delivery processes, reporting performance to senior management.
Required profile
- Relevant qualification in BIM, Architectural Technology, Construction, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a BIM Manager, BIM Lead or Senior BIM Coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework.
- Experience delivering BIM on live construction, fit‑out or building services projects.
- Demonstrated ability to create BIM standards, BEPs and efficient workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in hospitality, commercial kitchens or fit‑out sectors is preferred.
- Experience with ISO 19650 implementation or accreditation is advantageous.
