Business Analyst – Financial Services (London)

About the role

Coforge is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Transformation & Change team in London. The role focuses on delivering business analysis for medium‑complexity banking initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across finance, compliance, technology and delivery functions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and manage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define and manage scope, assess impacts and risks on people, processes and technology.
• Conduct current and future state analysis, process mapping and requirements elicitation.
• Document functional and business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, solutions and outcomes.
• Support testing, operational readiness and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with delivery teams using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Utilise tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma and MS Office for documentation and collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven business analysis experience within a Financial Services or banking environment.
• Industry‑recognised BA certification (e.g., BCS, IIBA) is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills at all organisational levels.
