About the Role

As a Business Support Assistant for the 'Quit Your Way' team, you will play a vital role in supporting our smoking cessation and prevention services through high-quality administrative excellence.
Main Missions
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the smoking cessation and prevention service.
- Manage data entry tasks with high accuracy to maintain reliable service records.
- Handle incoming communications, including managing phone calls and professional email correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes.
- Maintain and update confidential databases in strict accordance with data protection standards.
- Support broader health improvement programs and departmental initiatives as required.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in office administration or a relevant professional background.
- Holds a diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while remaining a proactive team player.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent data management and record-keeping abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality awareness.
- Effective meeting coordination and minute-taking skills.
