Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner

About the role

We are a high‑end bespoke cabinetry company serving private homes across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and North London. We are seeking an experienced cabinet maker / bench joiner to join our workshop team and contribute to premium fitted‑furniture projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and assemble media walls, wardrobes, dressing rooms, home bars, boot rooms and other luxury fitted furniture.
• Operate CNC machinery and edgebander equipment to shape and finish components.
• Work within a full‑assembly workshop to deliver high‑quality bespoke joinery.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
• Pride in craftsmanship and ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in bespoke joinery or cabinetry is preferred.
