CAMO Engineer – Aircraft Continuing Airworthiness

About the role

We are looking for a CAMO Engineer to manage the continuing airworthiness of our business jet and helicopter fleet. The role is full‑time, based on‑site in the Greater Norwich Area and involves ensuring compliance with EASA/CAA regulations and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update aircraft maintenance programmes and AMP documentation.
• Plan and monitor scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Track aircraft reliability data and analyse trends.
• Review technical records, logbooks and airworthiness directives for accuracy.
• Liaise with Part‑145 maintenance organisations, OEMs and regulatory authorities.
• Raise, control and close work orders, coordinating defect rectification.
• Support aircraft entry into service, phase‑in and phase‑out processes.
• Contribute to safety reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of continuing airworthiness management and maintenance planning.
• Experience working with business jet or helicopter fleets (e.g., Hawker, Phenom, Legacy, Gulfstream, Airbus, Agusta).
• Familiarity with EASA/CAA regulations and Part‑145 coordination.
• Ability to work in a dynamic operational environment and prioritize tasks.
