Supply Planner – Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote)

About the role

As a Supply Planner at Vitabiotics you will ensure the smooth flow of raw materials, packaging and finished goods through the supply chain, balancing demand with inventory while supporting the company’s commitment to high service levels and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end movement of materials from contract manufacturers to international distribution hubs.
• Maintain a service level (fill rate) target of 98% by monitoring inventory and order fulfilment.
• Optimise safety stock to minimise working capital while keeping stock resilient.
• Monitor product shelf‑life and manage slow‑moving or obsolete stock to reduce write‑offs.
• Maintain regular contact with external manufacturing partners and drive performance through monthly KPI reviews (OTIF, quality).
• Secure production slots, manage lead times and capacity forecasts.
• Own master data integrity for planning parameters such as lead times, MOQ, safety stock and order policies.
• Lead supply planning review meetings and align stakeholders on constraints and action plans.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems or advanced planning tools.
