About the role
Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Casual Receptionist and become the first point of contact for our guests. You will help create memorable experiences from check‑in to check‑out while supporting the dynamic Front Office team.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle reservations.
- Ensure every step of the guest journey meets the highest service standards.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Collaborate with other departments to guarantee smooth operations.
Required profile
