Claude Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Claude Operator to help our branding and digital tech team harness the power of Claude AI. You will turn messy inputs into sharp, on‑brand outputs, build repeatable workflows, and keep our creative process fast and purposeful.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain clear Claude workflows for repeatable creative and strategic tasks.
• Utilise Claude Projects, Artifacts, Skills, and connected knowledge effectively.
• Transform brand documents, client notes, and strategy briefs into usable deliverables.
• Support tech project planning, content structuring, SEO briefs, and UX thinking.
• Create prompts that generate specific, useful, and on‑brand results.
• Review AI outputs with commercial judgement and taste.
• Identify when Claude is helpful versus when it produces inaccurate content.
• Collaborate with the creative team without letting AI generate garbled results.

Required profile

• Proven experience building Claude workflows or similar AI‑driven processes.
• Strong commercial sense and ability to think strategically about brand communication.
• Attention to detail and good judgement when evaluating AI‑generated content.
• Ability to work across brand strategy, messaging, content systems, websites/apps, UX/UI, research, and documentation.
