Junior Content Executive

About the role

Jolie Beauty is seeking a Junior Content Executive to join its remote marketing team. You will create engaging web and social media content that reflects the brand’s alternative‑beauty aesthetic and drives audience interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Design Instagram Stories, social graphics, website banners, homepage visuals and paid‑ad creatives for Meta and TikTok.
• Produce launch and campaign assets, repurpose existing content into multiple formats, and adapt assets for different platforms and audiences.
• Identify trends and generate reactive content quickly.
• Design graphics and layouts for email, SMS and push‑notification campaigns.
• Assist with creative planning, scheduling and support product launches with visual concepts.
• Re‑edit influencer and user‑generated footage, turn long‑form videos into short clips, and optimise assets for each channel.

Required profile

• Strong communication and writing abilities to produce clear, brand‑aligned copy.
• Experience in web content writing and developing content strategies.
• Proficiency in social‑media marketing and a solid understanding of the beauty or cosmetics sector.
• Passion for alternative and creative culture.
• Ability to meet deadlines, collaborate remotely and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
