Cleaning Operative (Early Morning Shift)

About the role

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a reliable Cleaning Operative to join its facilities management team. The role works an early‑morning shift (Monday‑Thursday 05:00‑09:00) and ensures that workspaces, communal areas and bathrooms are kept clean and safe for customers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Tidy work areas and clean floors, carpets and communal spaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and damp‑wipe surfaces.
• Empty bins and maintain hygiene standards in bathrooms.
• Complete required Health & Safety records and attend training sessions.
• Interact with customers courteously and provide assistance when needed.

Required profile

• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Previous cleaning experience is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in task completion.
