Cleaning Supervisor - Team Leader

Main Missions

• Coordinate and lead a team of cleaning professionals to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, site managers, and the cleaning team.
• Support the onboarding and training process for new team members to ensure seamless integration.
• Monitor and enforce strict Health & Safety regulations and COSHH compliance.
• Manage inventory, including cleaning supplies and specialized equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve operational issues.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facility management industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, adaptable, and highly organized with a strong sense of punctuality.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
