About the Role
Join OCS UK & Ireland, a global leader in facility management with over 50,000 employees. We are looking for a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to act as a key point of contact for our clients and site managers, ensuring our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met.
Main Missions
- Coordinate and lead a team of cleaning professionals to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, site managers, and the cleaning team.
- Support the onboarding and training process for new team members to ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor and enforce strict Health & Safety regulations and COSHH compliance.
- Manage inventory, including cleaning supplies and specialized equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve operational issues.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facility management industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client and stakeholder management.
- Proactive, adaptable, and highly organized with a strong sense of punctuality.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
