About the role

Join a well‑established, growing law firm in South West London as a Commercial Property Solicitor. You will manage a varied commercial property caseload while enjoying hybrid working, genuine progression and business development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied commercial property caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, refinancing and development work.
• Act as a trusted adviser to individuals, investors, developers and SMEs.
• Contribute to business development, client relationship management and firm growth initiatives.
• Provide high‑quality, client‑focused advice throughout each matter.
• Use the firm’s Case Management System to progress matters efficiently.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in commercial property.
• Proven experience managing a varied commercial property caseload.
• Ability to handle residential development work (helpful but not essential).
• IT skills to operate a Case Management System.
• Commercially minded with a passion for client interaction, business development and leadership.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
