Legal Professionals (Mid‑Senior Level)

About the role

Hire Resolve is partnering with legal organisations to place experienced legal professionals in mid‑senior positions across private practice and in‑house teams. The role offers clear progression towards senior specialist and leadership positions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide practical legal advice on commercial and operational matters and draft, review, negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Manage matters in corporate, commercial, employment, regulatory, disputes, property, procurement, compliance, privacy or governance areas.
• Support dispute resolution, contribute to compliance programmes, conduct risk assessments and maintain accurate matter records.
• Partner with internal teams to improve legal processes and mentor junior colleagues.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or relevant qualification for barristers/advocates) with 5–12+ years of progressive legal experience.
• Demonstrated capability in at least one specialist area such as commercial contracts, corporate governance, employment, disputes, regulatory, compliance, privacy, property or legal operations.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management and risk‑based decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with document management systems, matter management tools, e‑billing, CLM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
