Communications Officer

About the role

Creative United is seeking a self‑motivated Communications Officer to join its Marketing and Communications team. Based in Central London with a hybrid working model, you will help shape both internal and external communication strategies for a leading social enterprise in the arts and creative sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver internal and external communication activities aligned with the organisation’s brand, values and mission.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, partner organisations and external audiences.
• Coordinate and support events, ensuring seamless execution and effective promotion.
• Produce high‑quality external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and digital content.
• Collaborate with staff and partners to secure buy‑in for communication initiatives.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, organised and able to inspire collaboration across teams.
