Conference Operations Producer (French Speaking)

About the role
You will own the operational standard of every conference we run, managing end‑to‑end execution of ten European private‑equity events each year. Based in our London HQ, you will work on‑site with a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial team.
Key responsibilities
- Source, compare and select suppliers for event add‑ons, branding materials and other requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, ensure cost‑effectiveness and maintain high‑quality service levels.
- Manage budgets, track changes and approve expenditures ahead of deadlines.
- Plan and coordinate sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners and after‑hours activities.
- Work closely with venue staff to guarantee smooth logistical execution.
- Oversee on‑site teams and ensure a seamless attendee experience.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented operator who thrives under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable taking ownership of key business areas.
