About the role

We are looking for a reliable Hand Packer to join our warehouse team in Flint. The role involves manual packing, stacking pallets and supporting general production activities on a daytime shift.

Key responsibilities

• Stack and fill pallets with products efficiently.
• Perform packing, hand‑stacking and labeling tasks.
• Carry out quality control checks on packed items.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a tidy work environment.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse orderly.

Required profile

• Available to work the 8 am – 4 pm shift.
• Physically capable of manual handling and standing for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Reliability and willingness to follow instructions.
