Construction Planner – Hybrid, Bristol

About the role

You will join the project delivery team, taking full ownership of construction programmes and ensuring progress stays on track. This hands‑on planning position involves daily collaboration with site managers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain construction programmes using Microsoft Projects.
• Create detailed Gantt charts and manage programme logic from start to finish.
• Track progress against milestones and critical paths.
• Coordinate delivery across civil, mechanical, and utilities workstreams.
• Present programme updates during planning reviews and team meetings.

Required profile

• Open to junior planners seeking more responsibility or mid‑career professionals.
• Confident, hands‑on experience with MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project lifecycles.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication across site and office.
• Background in infrastructure, utilities, or M&E.
