Senior Digital Design Engineer – BIM & Revit

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Design Engineer to lead BIM and digital engineering initiatives on building services projects. The role sits within a leading MEP consultancy in Clevedon and offers the chance to shape innovative design solutions across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM and digital engineering strategies for projects.
• Create and coordinate 3D models using Revit and related digital tools.
• Support MEP design teams with digital workflows, data management and model coordination.
• Prepare and maintain project information models in line with BIM standards.
• Assist with automation, clash detection and continuous improvement of digital processes.
• Collaborate closely with clients and multidisciplinary design teams.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified in Engineering, Digital Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
• Experience in MEP, building services or consultancy environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude with an interest in digital innovation.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
