Construction Site Manager

About the role

Our client, a construction contractor based in Hull, is seeking a Site Manager to support an experienced Project Manager on a variety of projects valued between £500k and £7m. The role focuses on maintaining health, safety and welfare standards across construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure health, safety and welfare compliance on all construction sites.
• Manage direct and indirect construction personnel.
• Deliver toolbox talks and enforce safety legislation.
• Monitor site activities and support compliance with company and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Motivated individual with a desire to progress into management within the construction sector.
• Strong management abilities and the capacity to build lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• SMSTS certification.
