Contract Manager

About the role

Bellrock is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the operational delivery of contracted property maintenance services across the UK. You will act as the primary client liaison, ensuring service quality, compliance and performance targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of property maintenance contracts, ensuring adherence to group standards, KPIs and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership to engineering, specialist supplier and administration teams, fostering development and innovative practices.
• Maintain strong client relationships, conduct regular performance reviews and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive efficiency and improve contractual processes.
• Support service desk, specialist suppliers, project and compliance teams to meet client expectations and Bellrock standards.
• Liaise with client representatives, end‑users and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract management within property or facilities services.
• Strong understanding of legal, statutory and regulatory requirements related to property maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to analyse performance data and implement process improvements.
