Customer Sales Assistant – Entry Level (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our London‑based client as Customer Sales Assistants. The role is entry‑level, requires no prior experience and offers immediate start with full training. You will work on face‑to‑face retail and event campaigns for recognised non‑profit organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Represent non‑profit client campaigns at retail and event locations.
• Provide clear product information and deliver excellent customer service.
• Promote brand awareness and collect the daily Brand Awareness Fee.
• Achieve sales targets and earn commission and performance‑based incentives.
• Participate in daily upskilling sessions and client‑provided training.
• Attend social and networking events organised by the team.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Strong spoken and written English for effective communication.
• Confidence engaging with customers in a face‑to‑face environment.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Availability for full‑time equivalent (minimum four days per week).
