Travel Consultant – Customer‑Facing Sales Role

About the role

Emirates Holidays, the tour operating arm of Emirates, is seeking a Travel Consultant to create memorable holiday experiences for customers in the UK. You will use your destination knowledge to build and sell tailored itineraries while meeting sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create twin‑centre, multi‑centre and tailor‑made itineraries and sell from existing product ranges to achieve KPIs.
• Identify upsell opportunities for flights, accommodation, meals, excursions and other ancillary products.
• Manage customer enquiries and correspondence within agreed service levels.
• Work with third‑party suppliers to fulfil customer requirements and handle cancellations or disruptions.
• Support Team Leaders with sales reporting and ad‑hoc activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing sales environment, preferably travel, tourism or aviation.
• Proven ability to build rapport, manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
