About the role
The Customer Success Onboarding Specialist will join Geotab’s SMB Customer Success team to guide new and migrating customers through their first 60 days. The focus is on delivering a smooth onboarding experience that drives rapid adoption, early wins, and a solid foundation for long‑term success.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding and implementation for SMB customers, providing product training, best‑practice guidance, and hands‑on support.
- Conduct onboarding calls, implementation sessions, and training workshops to guide customers through setup, configuration, and initial use cases.
- Document customer objectives and use cases, creating clear success criteria and onboarding plans in collaboration with senior Customer Success Managers.
- Build strong relationships with customer contacts during the onboarding phase, establishing trust and setting the stage for ongoing success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑off to the post‑onboarding Customer Success team.
Required profile
- Passion for helping customers get started with technology solutions.
- Enjoys teaching, enablement, and guiding users through new platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to document objectives and create actionable plans.
