Bilingual Technical Support Engineer (French/English)

About the role

The Graduate Technical Support Engineer will provide first‑line assistance for HP's HyperX gaming peripherals, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate solutions in both English and French. This full‑time position is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for gaming and strong technical aptitude.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to technical inquiries and product questions via phone, email, chat, social media, or web requests in English and French.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues independently; escalate complex cases according to defined procedures.
• Document and categorize cases accurately using the CRM system.
• Maintain and update regional email templates for consistent customer communication.
• Stay current on HyperX and competitor hardware/software, and manage logistical tasks such as RMAs.
• Provide language coverage and backup support to teammates as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher, recently graduated (within the last year).
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French (business level); additional European language a plus.
• Strong interest in computer gaming, gaming peripherals, and consoles.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer support.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.

Required skills
