Desktop Support Analyst – £35K – Microsoft

About the role

Our client, a leading professional services firm in central London, is expanding its Technology Team. They are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to act as the first point of contact for all technical support, helping end users across the business resolve hardware and software issues.

Key responsibilities

• Log, manage and own incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide first‑line support for Windows and Mac desktops, devices and Microsoft 365 services.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software problems.
• Monitor IT systems proactively and implement continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and system efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in a Helpdesk, End‑User Computing or L1 IT Support role.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
