Director / Senior Director, Marketing EMEA

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, high‑energy leader to head Saviynt’s Marketing organization across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Reporting to global marketing leadership, the role is based in London and will shape and execute a pan‑EMEA marketing strategy that drives pipeline growth, brand awareness and partner influence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated EMEA marketing plan aligned with company growth targets and regional sales priorities.
• Generate measurable pipeline, accelerate sales cycles and increase market awareness across enterprise and partner channels.
• Represent EMEA on the global Marketing Leadership Team, providing regional insights and strategic direction.
• Advocate for EMEA within the global marketing function, ensuring regional opportunities and dynamics are reflected in global initiatives.
• Build trusted partnerships with EMEA sales leadership to align on business priorities, account focus and go‑to‑market execution.
• Collaborate with alliances, customer success, communications and demand‑generation teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Establish a collaborative operating rhythm between marketing and sales to maximise performance and accountability.
• Lead, mentor and scale a distributed marketing team across the UK, Northern Europe, DACH, Southern Europe and the Middle East.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading regional or global marketing functions at the director or senior director level.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on operational execution.
• Demonstrated ability to partner closely with sales executives and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to represent regional interests within a global organization.
• Willingness to work from the London office on a regular basis.
