Deputy Events Coordinator

About the role

Portico is seeking a proactive Deputy Events Coordinator to support the delivery of events, meetings and VIP visits for a high‑profile insurance client. Working from the client’s city offices, you will assist the Events & Meetings Coordinator throughout the full event lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and a professional experience for all attendees.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, logistics and on‑site execution of events, meetings and VIP visits.
• Manage scheduling, documentation and coordination with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Maintain high service standards, ensuring compliance and minimal disruption.
• Provide continuity during peak periods or when the primary coordinator is absent.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing team environment.
