Dog Groomer

About the role

Woozelbears is looking for a dedicated Dog Groomer to join our Swindon team. You will work on‑site providing grooming and hydrotherapy support for a variety of breeds, ensuring each dog feels safe and comfortable.

Key responsibilities

• Perform grooming tasks, including bathing, trimming, and styling, according to breed standards.
• Handle dogs gently and safely, maintaining their well‑being throughout each session.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic grooming environment for pets and staff.
• Assist customers by answering phone calls and emails, booking appointments, and processing payments.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners about grooming needs and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 3 Dog Grooming Qualification.
• Previous experience in pet care and grooming.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work well within an on‑site team.
• Passion for dogs and commitment to their welfare.
