Early Career Fellow/Lecturer in Strategy and Creative Industries

About the role

The University of Edinburgh is seeking an Early Career Fellow or Lecturer to join the Strategy Group of the Business School. This full‑time position (35 hours per week) focuses on strategy and the creative industries, contributing to research, teaching and policy impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the research profile of the Strategy Group, with particular attention to the creative industries.
• Deliver teaching for the flagship MSc in Creative Industries at the Edinburgh Futures Institute and other Business School modules.
• Engage with industry and policy stakeholders to translate academic insights into practice.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to advance theory and knowledge in the creative sector.

• Early‑career academic with a strong interest in strategy and the creative industries.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to high‑quality research and teaching.
• Willingness to explore the influence of AI on the creative industries (optional but welcomed).
