Ecommerce Executive - Fulfilment & Operations

About the role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Executive to join our international fashion retailer’s ecommerce team. You will be responsible for optimising fulfilment processes and managing day‑to‑day online retail operations, ensuring orders are processed, dispatched and delivered accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Support and optimise the ecommerce fulfilment operation in partnership with warehouse, logistics and carrier providers.
• Monitor fulfilment performance, identify recurring issues and work with internal teams and third‑party partners to resolve them.
• Flag operational risks, escalate when necessary and maintain smooth platform operations.
• Assist with broader ecommerce operations, including platform maintenance and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Document operational workflows and collaborate with customer service, trading, logistics and IT teams.

Required profile

• Some experience in an ecommerce or operations role.
• Good understanding of fulfilment processes, carrier management and online retail operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
