VIP Consignment Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our Consignment and VIP services team at the Crawley warehouse. The role combines people management, operational oversight and premium client service for high‑value fashion inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and schedule a team of copywriters, photographers and a logistician, conducting regular one‑on‑ones and performance reviews.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end consignment workflow – intake, authentication, pricing, photography, listing and data entry.
• Act as the primary escalation point for Key Account Manager inquiries, delivering an elevated experience for VIP and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Identify and implement process improvements, maintain and update SOPs, and ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols for high‑value goods.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, consignment volume and VIP service metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proven track record managing high‑value inventory and internal customer relationships.
• Demonstrated success in process optimisation and team development.
