Field Manager – Lift Installation Projects

About the role

Otis is seeking a Field Manager to lead and manage volume installation and construction projects for elevators and escalators across the Midlands region. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
• Mitigate safety, ethics and quality risks in collaboration with the project team.
• Provide engineering support and drive profitability.
• Train, monitor and manage the performance of subcontractors to guarantee consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in the elevator or building trades.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Self‑reliant with solid organisational and business acumen.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
